Tuesday, August 23, 2005 4:15 PM I am quite pleased with my "Tilt-a-Rack" I ordered. I was glad to talk with Scott to handle my order. I was surprised when the Big box was delivered a day early. Now I can go shopping for a motorcycle and not have any trouble loading on the rack behind my Ford Ranger. I will be getting back to you on the "Silent Hitch Pin" soon. I found the Sunguard website on the internet and contacted RVProtection to ask some questions about residential sunscreens for my home. Even though RVProtection specializes in the RV sunscreens, Scott was extremely helpful on the phone. He was able to contact Sunguard to answer the questions I had about your residential sunscreen products. I just wanted to acknowledge RVProtections excellent customer service. Within minutes of placing my order you called, suggesting a better product to which we agreed. You also followed up on the delivery schedule to be certain it was delivered as promised. Today I received the sunscreen and find it to be just what we wanted. It was also delivered within the specified time frame.
